How do I return an item?
To return an item, simply follow our return instructions here: Returns
How do I make a complaint about a product?
You make a complaint by filling out our complaint form and following the instructions here: Complaints
How do I pay for my order?
We accept the following card payments:
- Mastercard
- VISA/Dankort
You can also use:
- MobilePay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
When you go to payment, you will be asked to enter your card number, expiration date and check digits.
When will the money be withdrawn from my account?
Payment for your order will only be debited from your account once the item has been packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Is it safe to pay at Everlastnordic.dk?
It is 100% safe to shop at Everlastnordic.dk . We cooperate with secure Danish systems within online trading and online payment systems.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
EVERLAST® NORDIC strives to ship orders as quickly as possible and we normally try to deliver within 1-3 days of your purchase, however, longer delivery times may be experienced during holiday periods or around public holidays. In the unfortunate event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel your order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please write to customer service at: info@everlastnordic.dk as soon as possible. You can cancel your order as long as you have not received an email stating that your order is on its way.
Can I pick up my order at your address?
No, we are unable to deliver orders to the address.
Can I buy a gift card?
No, unfortunately we do not have the option to create a gift card at this time.
How do I subscribe to/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
At the bottom of our webshop you can sign up for our newsletter where we will regularly send out great offers. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of all newsletters.
Why don't I receive an order confirmation?
Some email systems may have difficulty determining what should be in SPAM. Therefore, remember to check your SPAM filter if you have not received an order confirmation after a purchase on our webshop.
If your order confirmation is not in your SPAM, do not hesitate to contact us, as our system can also fail from time to time.
